It’s Time For A Sweet Tooth Makeover

This week’s NYT Book Review reviewed, “The Case Against Sugar.” http://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/06/books/review/should-you-stop-eating-sugar.html?_r=0 The book uses decades of nutritional research to establish refined sugar as the major culprit in our health epidemic of obesity, diabetes and metabolic disorders.
