I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Frank Orlando and his wonderful team! It can be overwhelming to find a trusted provider in NYC, but look no further! I arrived to my appointment greeted by so many smiles. There's a cute little area for coffee/tea/water and a spacious waiting area. I really didn't wait any longer than 5 minutes before I was offered a tour of the facility. I can't speak for other practices, but this office seemed very high tech! Denise kindly showed me their ability to make all crowns on-site in their little lab which I think is appealing to clients not having to wait up to a month at a time anymore for the same product. There is a sign in every room that is targeted to make patients more comfortable by offering anything from a neck pillow, a specific music playlist, and even an iphone charger. Diana is just the sweetest woman who took all my x-rays and pictures. I can tell she works really hard and truly loves working there. She conversed with me the whole time so I didn't feel like I was just sitting there getting x-rays. Elena was my hygienist and she was so gentle and considerate of my teeth sensitivity as well as incredibly patient with me. Dr. Orlando is so friendly and I was really impressed that he personally reached out to me prior to my initial appointment just to say "hello" and inform me that he is always able to be reached. Valentina was able to meet with me to discuss a proposal based off the information she gathered from my insurance plan. I found her to be very relatable and organized! I met other members of the team, but unfortunately didn't catch their names. There was not a single negative interaction or experience I can think of during my time there. As a healthcare provider myself, Gallery57Dental's bedside manner is what healthcare should be. Personable, professional, and efficient.

Have been going to Dr. Koenigsberg for years, as does every member of my family. Best dentist! Always has the latest technology, great hygienists and dental assistants. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with Gallery 57. The staff are very attentive and professional. What I particularly liked is how Dr. Orlando works with patients - he took the time to show me the pics and X-ray of my teeth and explained what’s going on. He also made sure all my questions are answered. I just did the teeth cleaning, so can’t comment about other dental work. However, I’ll definitely return here for my dental needs.

Dr. Orlando was great - very skilled and a super nice guy. All staff was extremely friendly as well. Will be coming back here for all future check ups.

I had a dental emergency and wasn’t having much luck finding someone open on a Saturday. My friend referred me to Dr. Orlando and I was luckily able to get an appointment. The staff is so incredibly informative and friendly! They even started me off with a tour of the office, which is so advanced and even has its own in-house lab. Dr Orlando is an outstanding dentist and did such a great job and now I’ve found my new dentist! I can’t wait to go back for a cleaning. I highly recommend!

Great service from beginning to end. Dr. Orlando is a perfectionist. Been seeing him for 4 years. The fact that he personally follows up makes the experience feel much more personal.

Naturaly during these years have visited different Dentist and Oral Surgeons,requiring proper care for my teeth . Manhattan has been my home for the past forty years, and two years ago , on a sugges tion of friend, visited Gallery 57 Dental I was stunned by the level of professionalism and Swiss clock organization. My best praise goes to Doctor Robert C. Rawdin, D.D.S., F.A.C.P. who I have nickname Goldfinger, for the inventiveness and swift execution of the highest level of Dentistry and Cosmetic. It is for me very easy and an honor to recommended him and his assistant for the patient in search of Nirvana Dentistry, in today mediocre and unspiring work of many DDS. A special mention to Denise, manager of this great Studio, always willing to help managing my crazy schedule and accomodate in every possibly way my need Bravo!!!

The entire staff at Gallery 57Dental is terrific! They make going to the dentist a pleasure!
