Office is friendly and wonderful. Dr. Orlando is great

I have been.a long time patient of Dr.Rawdin’s. Nobody hates going to the dentist more than me. Over the decades Dr. Rawdin has been the most patient, kind, calm, and professional dentist one can imagine. No matter my ailment or apprehension he amazes me. I definitely recommend him. My Sleep Apnea was most likely a life long chronic ailment that I wasn’t even aware of till recently. My highly accomplished mother would say,” Getting up in the morning was the most difficult thing she did every day” and I grew up with that as my normal. I was a high functioning straight A student but the fog never lifted. I was a working single mom, so exhaustion was expected. Now thanks to Dr. Rawdin the paradigm has changed. Dr. Rawdin fitted me with the DynaFlex Dorsal; an easy to adapt to ‘retainer’ that ensures an invigorating night’s sleep. No more morning fog, when I wake up I don’t linger instead I’m energized! Ask Dr. Rawdin if it is right for you.

I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time before I had my first consultation with Dr. Robert Rawdin. Part of the fear was not wanting to be shamed by the dentist (as it always felt like I'd been by previous dentists). Dr. Rawdin and the rest of the staff at Gallery 57 Dental made me feel completely at ease and helped me get my mouth back on track. I'd wanted to get a set of veneers before my engagement photos and he worked with my schedule to make sure the process was complete well before the photoshoot. I 'm so happy I can smile with my teeth again.

I had excellent service, from routine dental cleaning with Elena, to root canal work with Dr. Koenigsberg. I recommend them highly for their professionalism and expertise. Later I also received an implant and a crown, and again the staff at Gallery 57 Dental was terrific, and I would recommend Dr. Koenigsberg for being a conscientious dentist.

I am grateful for having found Dr. Rawdin. I had been trying to find a dentist who could provide a mandibular adjustment device for sleep apnea. Dr. Rawdin is the one! The process takes a bit of time and Dr. Rawdin and his staff were very thorough and pleasant. The first night with the device was a dream come true. I did need some minor adjustments and it takes time to adjust however my sleep has been improved since the first night and I finally feel energetic and back to my clear thinking and rested self. The entire team has continued to be excellent. If you have sleep apnea I highly recommend Dr. Rawdin and his team.

The office was very clean, I was given a tour, explained everything and felt welcomed at the dentist. They offer headphones, chapstick, music requests, blankets, anything to make you feel comfortable- when the dentist can often be anything but.. Dr Orlando was great- he explained everything to me- nothing was vague and I felt comfortable with him. First appointment took a while but they were thorough and I never felt rushed despite the office being busy! Hygienist was fast and did a great job!

I just met Dr Orlondo yesterday and I’m really glad I did. I am new to the New York City area and of course as soon as I move,, these previous issues start coming back. I knew I should of taken care of them before but I didn’t. He made me feel confident that the two main teeth causing me issues can be saved (when I was told before that it would have to be an extraction.) I had emailed a few offices and he was the first one to respond, and extremely quickly. He offered to see me that day but I had to work and having just started a new job, I said I could wait a couple days. Him and his whole staff were super nice, I even got a tour of the office before my visit, they have a lab on site, and everyone is really friendly, which is a huge deal for me because I’ve been to offices where the front desk have been cold or stand off-ish and it really makes a big difference with my over all experience! So anyway, I have a root cams scheduled for Saturday and I’m actually looking forward to it, because I am already confident in his work just by our initial meeting and exam!
